At Sutton Islamic Centre, our vision is to become the nucleus of the community. We welcome all members of the Ummah, from every background.
Though our prayers are personal, our faith unites us. At SIC, we believe the beauty of devotion transcends all cultures and connects each member of the Ummah. Therefore, we encourage everyone to attend Sutton Islamic Centre and utilise its facilities.
The Pillar of your Community
Established in 1988, Sutton Islamic Centre has been at the heart of the local Muslim community for over thirty years. The cornerstones of the SIC have been the Mosque and Madressa, which have served as a hub for enduring and deep commitment to worship.
Our mosque gladly invites all members of the community to join us in prayer. We wish to provide a secure place for worship, whilst offering social and educational services that are founded on Islamic values.
At present, Sutton Islamic Centre reaches a maximum capacity of around 120+ worshippers, though we hope to expand our masjid in the future with our patrons’ generous donations.
The Centre boasts all Masjid facilities; including a Wudhu Khaana, and has a regular Imam. Currently, the Centre offers Quran classes for children, although we anticipate further programmes and schemes in the coming future.
